How My Journey with Jewellery Began

There are memories that shape us forever.
Mine started in a small workshop, filled with the scent of silver, wood, amber, and a touch of magic.

As a little girl, I would spend hours watching my father work.
He was a jeweller with over 30 years of experience, known for his skill with silver and amber.

I can still remember the way the sunlight would catch on the tiny gemstones on his bench, and how carefully he shaped each piece by hand.
To me, he wasn’t just making jewellery — he was telling stories through silver and stone.

I’d sit nearby, completely captivated, asking endless questions.
Sometimes, he’d let me hold the tools, explaining what each one did.
My favourites were the ones that left a sparkle behind.

And always, in the air, there was this soft, almost sweet trace of amber — warm, earthy, and comforting.
At that time, I didn’t know this world would one day become mine too.

I also remember going with my father to jewellery fairs — it was fascinating to be there, to observe, and to learn from behind the scenes.
Eventually, we began exhibiting together, side by side.
Those were magical moments — watching people admire our pieces, seeing my father proudly introduce me as part of the craft, feeling like I belonged in that world.

Years passed, but that passion never left me.
After my father retired, I knew I wanted to carry on what he had taught me — not just the techniques, but the heart behind them.
He dreamed of working alongside me again, this time not as a teacher, but as a partner.
But after suffering a stroke, his right side lost its strength, and that dream had to be gently set aside.

Still, his spirit lives in every piece I create — in the patience he taught me, the details he loved, and the quiet pride he passed on.

That’s how Amber Bloom was born:
a tribute to craftsmanship, to heritage, and to the beauty of handmade artistry.

The silver, the amber, the details — they’re all chosen with care.
They’re not just accessories; they’re small works of love, made to be worn and cherished.

Each piece I create holds a part of that story — and love.

🧡 Thank you for being here,
and for becoming part of this journey.

With love,
Amber Bloom
